I ordered this cake as a surprise for my fiancé for his 30th Birthday. I wanted to have a special treat to distract from his second birthday during COVID! Gráinne was so thoughtful and created a beautiful cake. It was so pretty that we didn’t want to cut it open but we were delighted we did! So delicious!

Thanks to Grainne’s creativity, after chatting, she came up with an incredible chocolate fudge cake, with salted caramel, Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate shards, mini daims and homemade honeycomb!
